Who do we employ?

Recycle4Change believes all people are inherently fallible, but strong and resilient and able to thrive as part of Australia’s future. Recycle4Change creates chances for people impacted by the justice system, by providing a holistic employment and training program, to enhance self-worth, reconnect with family, and enable reintegration into society.

We offer an employment pathway to a mix of peoples, including some who have exited the justice system, some who have struggled to find employment, young adults, mothers looking to return to work or with school aged children.
